Services

We build the SAP counterpart of your production.

Our focus is the logistics modules: planning, production, quality, maintenance and materials. On top of that come ABAP development, S/4HANA migration and shop-floor integration. What we do under each heading is set out below.

PP Production Planning

Production planning and control

We start with bills of material, routings, work centres and production versions, and build the whole chain through the MRP run, order creation, goods issue, confirmation and settlement. Whether discrete, repetitive or process manufacturing fits your line is something we tell you after seeing the process, not before.

For companies working with configurable products we have hands-on Variant Configuration experience, including structures that generate order-specific bills of material.

QM Quality Management

Quality management

The whole quality cycle: incoming inspection, in-process checks, final inspection and customer complaints. Inspection plans, sampling procedures, master inspection characteristics and the usage decision flow are built around how the laboratory actually works.

Because we have worked in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, food and chemicals, we pay particular attention to batch-level traceability, certificate generation and record integrity.

PM Plant Maintenance

Plant maintenance

Getting the functional location and equipment hierarchy right determines everything else in maintenance. We build the flow from breakdown notification to work order, and from maintenance packages to spare part consumption, linked to production downtime.

Being able to see which equipment the maintenance cost accumulates on is, in most plants, the first tangible gain of the project.

MM Materials Management

Materials and purchasing

The side that feeds production: requisitions, purchasing, goods receipt, stock movements and physical inventory. Because it is inseparable from the production modules, we design MM together with PP and QM rather than as an island.

ABAP Development

Development and optimisation

We develop where the standard genuinely falls short — but we make sure it genuinely does first. Every development we write is documented, handed over, and left in a state another team can take on.

In systems that have been running for years, the most common job we are handed is cleaning up slow reports and overnight jobs. We do not touch that code before measuring it.

S/4HANA Migration

S/4HANA implementation and conversion from ECC

Greenfield or conversion, the critical question is the same: what state is the master data in? We manage data migration as a work package with its own plan and validation steps, not as a side task.

In groups running a global template, we surface the differences between local process and template through fit-gap analysis, and manage change requests on that basis.

INT Integration

Connecting SAP to the shop floor

In a MES or LIMS integration the hard part is not the protocol, it is the agreement: which event creates which record, what happens on failure, and which of the two systems is telling the truth. We do not build the connection before those answers are written down.

We have delivered projects involving MES, LIMS, laboratory instruments, weighing systems, inspection machines, silo and conveyor automation, ready-mix concrete automation and mobile terminals.

AMS Support

Application support and project management

Post go-live support should be planned as a continuation of the project. We have worked on support agreements lasting years, and in that time did more than keep the system running — we delivered improvement requests as well.

On the project management side, scope, budget and resource management, daily stand-up discipline on agile programmes, and milestone tracking are part of the job as we define it.
