Data controller
This notice explains how personal data collected through solutionplus.com.tr is handled. It is prepared in line with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (KVKK) and reflects the principles of the GDPR. The data controller is Solution Plus Consulting. Contact: info@solutionplus.com.tr.
What we collect
This site has no content management panel, no membership system and no user accounts. Data is processed only if you complete the contact form, and only what you enter yourself:
- Full name
- Company name (optional)
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Message content and the area of interest you select
- IP address and timestamp at the moment of submission
In addition, as with any web server, our hosting provider keeps technical access logs. These are used only for server security and error tracing.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is processed solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and conduct business communication. The legal basis is the necessity of processing for taking steps prior to entering into a contract, together with our legitimate interest.
Transfers
Form submissions go only to our company mailbox. Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing. Disclosure to competent public authorities may occur where legally required.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for a reasonable period after the related conversation or project relationship ends, and then deleted. You may request deletion at any time.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts; during that request your browser's IP address is passed to that service. If you prefer, the fonts can be served from our own server instead.
Your rights
You have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request information about it, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to processing. Please send requests to info@solutionplus.com.tr.
